This morning I woke up to something like an April version of a summer storm. It was so lovely. I love laying in bed and listening to pouring rain.
But then it got so cold. :(

but anyway ~
I am 16 going on 17 :)
Today is my last day of being 16!
It's been a cool year. Exciting at some parts, dull at others. But God has been good every day and I've learned more and more about Him, which has been the BEST.

Some lolights:
*having the worst stomach cramps I've ever experienced on the way to YC.
*missing someone so much that it hurt and not knowing why they were gone or what was going on.
*some boring school... but for the most part school hasn't been bad so I really shouldn't complain.
*various struggles with sin.
*times when I've forgotten who God is and I've only seen the hard parts of following Jesus.

Highlights:
*having a phone! I <3 Sylvestra Lorraine (that's her name)!
*finishing 10th grade... most difficult school year of my life!
*many fun events: beach, Csehy, re-doing my room, trip to Yellowstone, Tenth Ave concert, California, parties, sleepovers, day/weekend trips... I've done a lot of fun things :)
*learning awesome piano pieces like All of Me, and Liebestraum; singing in 3 choirs; learning more about music :)
*making lots of $$
*seeing the person I missed so much walk right back into my life in a better way.
*becoming better friends with a bunch of cool people.
*going for lots of walks & listening to lots of podcasts.
*worshiping God & learning more about who He is and how He loves me and the life He's called me to. like I said before, I've experienced times where I've fallen into sin and forgotten the Truth of who He is; but He's always faithful to pull me back into His arms and help me stand back up and keep pressing on <3
